The process
Whether some clients have a specific field they want to outsource or improve, others may have multiple challenges they face. In this case, I offer a consultation with an extra option to create an individual concept which covers all the pain points.
Meeting
During the initial meeting, we introduce ourselves and provide an overview of the services available. We then proceed to discuss the current situation, challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
Concept Preparation
We thoroughly analyze the information we receive and the current situation. This analysis typically takes 1-2 days. Based on our findings, we develop a customized concept for our client.
Concept Presentation
The finalized concept, along with suggested solutions, is presented to the client. During this presentation, both parties agree on the next steps to be taken and the amount of work required to move forward.
Concept Implementation
Once we agree on the concept, we proceed with the implementation. This marks the end of the consulting phase and the beginning of the operational service. Both parties sign a contract, and charges apply.
We evaluate the concept regularly and provide constant updates.
